• Must have an active state license
• COVID Vaccination required
• Provider needs to prescribe
• No CSR needed
• Certifications required: BC ABIM or FM
• Background Experience: Hospitalist Medicine
• Start Date: 6/1/2024
• LOA (# of days worked): Prefer 2 weeks per month (for 3 mo)
• Work Schedule: 12hr, 7 consecutive shifts
• Call Schedule: Rotate call
