What Will You Do?:

We are looking for someone with effective and energetic phone skills, problem solving, and attention to detail combined with a genuine desire to help others and create an exceptional customer experience.

In this position you will provide recommendations to clients and Federated Sales Representatives on coverage/product options for life, annuity, and disability income products.

Qualifications Needed:
Two years post-secondary education or equivalent experience in customer service
Minimum of 2 years' work experience in customer service or business demonstrating the ability to communicate professionally with a variety of people, as well as, work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work with multiple computer applications while demonstrating speed, accuracy, and high attention to detail

This position will start at $23.80 per hour.
