    Description
    EMS Fellowship-Trained Physician Needed to Assist in Development of New Fellowship
    St. Luke's University Health Network, the region's largest, most established health system, and major teaching hospital is seeking an EMS Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to work with our team in the development of an EMS fellowship program.
    In addition to serving as an Emergency Physician in a network Emergency Department, the physician will:
    1. Provide prehospital physician services as part of prehospital care team
    2. Serve as a core faculty member in the network's newly accredited EMS FellowshipIn joining St. Luke's University Health Network you'll enjoy:

      Qualifications:
    10. Successful completion of an Emergency Medicine Residency accredited by the ACGME or AOA.
    11. Successful completion of an EMS Fellowship accredited by the ACGME.
    12. Board Certification in Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine or American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine.
    13. Board Certification in Emergency Medical Services by the American Board of Emergency Medicine or American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine.
    14. Have or be eligible to obtain a valid medical license in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
    15. Have or be eligible to obtain a valid Drug Enforcement Agency number.
    16. Possess or have the ability to obtain certification as a Prehospital EMS Physician by the PA Bureau of EMS.
    17. Possess or have the ability to obtain accreditation as an EMS Vehicle Operator by the PA Bureau of EMS.
      Desirable:
    18. Prior experience with GME, resident and/or medical student education
    19. Experience with Mass Casualty Events/Disaster Management
    20. Experience with physician field response
    21. Experience and interest in research and quality improvement initatives
