    About the TeamWe are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help Nuro deliver complex and strategic multi-functional engineering projects.

    About the WorkActively manage cross functional collaboration between Systems Engineering, Software & Operations groups to drive project progressPartner with Tech Leads Managers from software and systems engineering teams to create roadmap and project plans Guide the planning and execution process of the engineering team
    Manage and track project status, identity and mitigate risks and raise resources allocation concerns to the Lead TPMManage team priorities to ensure delivery of program goalsRegularly communicate project status updates

    Summarize team progress to communicate the state of the projectHelp with decision making by concisely summarizing data regarding issues and project needsRespond tactically & be able to pivot quickly to escalations and changing prioritiesDemonstrate strong understanding of software development process Be able to translate & present technical information to non technical audiencesStrong analytical and problem solving skills to address complex challenges and find effective solutions Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile project managementsAbility to engage with stakeholders, understand their needs and ensure that deliverables meets or exceed expectationsAbout YouAt least 5+ years of total working experience, preferably in the autonomous vehicle, robotics, aerospace, medical device or automotive industry.

    Excellent communication skills, and an ability to build relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration between people and teams.
    Mastery of project management tools and Agile methodologies.

    For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $125,400 and $188,100 for the level at which this job has been scoped.

    Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
