Partners Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and experience with accounts receivable processes. Located in San Diego, paying $19-25/hr. Temp to hire

Accounts Receivable Specialist Duties:

· Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

· Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data

· Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits

· Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

· Verify discrepancies by resolving clients' billing issues

· Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

· Cash application/matching invoices

· Dispute and collections

Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications:

· 2 + years Accounts Receivable

· Experience with account analysis and reconciliation

· Experience with Credit letters

· Proficiency in technical accounting tasks

· Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
