    Job Title: Territory Sales Representative
    Location: Riverdale, GA
    Reports to: Sales Manager
    Compensation: Commensurate with experience
    Schedule: To be determined
    Responsibilities:
    • Travel throughout target regions to present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
    • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets to meet or exceed sales margin goals.
    • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, making presentations, and understanding customer account requirements.
    • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
    • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
    • Maintain sales materials, current product knowledge, and vendor relations.
    • Maintain monthly pipeline communication with management, along with reviewing monthly sales reports.
    • Maintain updated pricing relative to the specific region and trend.
    • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
    • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
    • Work with customers and company staff to establish new accounts, assist with maintaining and updating customer account information.
    • Identify and resolve client concerns.
    • Prepare various status reports, including activity, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
    • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
    • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
    • Provide support and feedback as it relates to internal department leaders.
    • Avoid violating all policies, rules, and regulations of the company, including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures.
    • Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company.
    • Follow up for collection of payment and address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
    • Perform other related tasks as assigned by manager.
    Qualifications:
    • Must reside within 60 miles of the location.
    • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
    • Pass background screening, including MVR and criminal background check.
    • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills necessary.
    • Ability to travel and work weekends as needed.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word programs preferred.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor essential.
    • Dynamic personality required.
