    Agile Project Manager (3 years Insurance Domain Experience)

    Columbia, TN (Hybrid)

    We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join us to help our insurance client in Tennessee. The ideal candidate needs to be a passionate and analytical technology professional who loves to build strong teams and lead them to deliver high quality products.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring that project goals align with client objectives.

    Plan, lead, organize, and motivate agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality.

    Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations.

    Manage stakeholder communication and ensure effective project progress reporting.

    Identify and remove impediments that obstruct teams ability to achieve project goals.

    Provide coaching and mentorship on agile best practices to team members.

    Manage project risks and dependencies.

    Ensure the project deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    8 + years of experience as a project manager handling multiple projects simultaneously.

    5+ years of experience managing teams working in different time zones (e.g., US and India).

    3+ years of experience working in insurance domain.

    Must have bachelor's degree in business or computer science

    Must have proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in software development or technology projects

    Must have strong knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Waterfall Methodology.

    Must have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Must have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    Must have experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.), Office365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
