Job summary
This position involves providing production with timely and accurate schedules, job packets, specifications, and other necessary reports. Key responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling production job packets, assisting in identifying scheduling problems and inconsistencies,Clerical support for department transfers, miss-punches, and Kronos support.
Data management including entering and retrieving data from Ross managing production databases in Excel.
Report processing analyzing daily weekly reports meeting deadlines making adjustments to the daily schedule.
Liaison role assisting supervisors acting as a liaison as needed spending time in production understanding paperwork process filing organizing paperwork assisting coworkers.
