Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse, RN, Telemetry position assumes the accountability and responsibility as a professional nurse for providing total, comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered care for an assigned group of patients.
The Registered Nurse, RN, Telemetry is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Job Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse, RN, Special Weekend, Telemetry is assigned to our new Telemetry Unit inside a brand new Hospital Pavilion.
The Telemetry Unit is a fast-paced, high acuity 42-all private bed unit. Certified by the Joint Commission in Stroke and Heart Failure.
Nationally recognized by the American Heart Association for maintaining high quality metrics in the management of Stroke, Heart Failure, and Atrial Fibrillation.
QualificationsEducation and Experience:
Nursing Diploma, requiredBachelor's Degree in Nursing And Over 6 months to 1 year as an acute care Registered Nurse, preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
Registered Nurse in PA - Licensed, Upon hire, requiredAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Within 1 year of hire, requiredBasic Life Support (BLS), Upon hire, required
Benefits:
Responsibilities 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, three shifts a week, 5 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule, every other holiday.
