    Job Description:



    We are looking for Experienced OTR Drivers with a CDL (Class A) at PRIMA EXPRESS. Our company offers competitive pay and benefits, ensuring that all miles are paid, and 80% of the job involves Drop and Hook with No Touch Freight. Drivers are paid weekly at PRIMA EXPRESS, where professionalism is highly valued.


    Salary Expectations:

    • All practical miles, whether loaded or empty, are paid on time.
    • Drivers typically cover an average number of miles per week.
    • The average driver's weekly earnings range from $1300 to $1600.
    • We offer W2 Company Paid Employee status, with no 1099 arrangements.
    • Starting at up to 0.60 CPM, the rate depends on your level of experience:
      • 1 Year of Experience: .56 CPM
      • 2 Years of Experience: .57 CPM
      • 3 Years of Experience: .58 CPM
      • 4 Years of Experience: .59 CPM
      • 5 Years or More of Experience: .60 CPM
    • Drivers also have the opportunity to earn a .02 CPM Safety Bonus every quarter for all miles driven.
    • Weekly payments are made via Direct Deposit, including bonuses such as retention bonuses in increments over time.
    • Be on the road in newer Automatic Freightliner Cascadia's that make 80% Drop and Hook operations and 100% No-Touch Freight a breeze.
    • Typically, drivers follow a schedule of 2-3 weeks on the road and 2-3 days of home time.
    • Orientation includes a $100 Orientation Pay on the first paycheck, along with travel reimbursement.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be at least 23 years of age.
    • Have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience (Recent CDL Grads need not apply).
    • Maintain a clean MVR.
    • Must pass all drug tests successfully.
    • Should have the ability and motivation to cover miles consistently.
    • Successfully complete a Road test.
