- You will review live production files after the project release using a quality control checklist.
- Investigate and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies identified during the quality control review process.
- Trace bad mail pieces in production.
- Escalate potential production breaches immediately.
- Manage Jira board tracking system to track and prioritize quality control tasks.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each department.
- Create and maintain training materials.
- A High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Deductive reasoning for production error troubleshooting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in managing digital assets and information.
- Proficient in navigating various software applications, including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Jira.
- You will stand, walk, crouch, bend, or kneel; use the repetitive motion of hands or wrists; fingers, grasp, handle or feel; reach with arms and hands.
