/Job Summary
Blackstone Consulting, Inc a service provider for over 30 years is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team onsite at a Large Tech Company based in Seattle, Wa.
Provide Administrative support to multiple Operations within assigned portfolio.
The position has challenges for you to complete including special projects that could include more complex specialties such as accounting, purchasing, work ticket management, event planning, vendor relationships, account reconciliation, maintenance of forms and documentation.
Key QualificationsWe are also looking for people with strong attention to detail and well organized. You demonstrate phenomenal time management.
You have excellent customer service skills, displayed in your experience in food, hospitality, or other service industries.
Communication skills are essential for this role in order to champion a healthy team environment and to interact with guests, leaders, vendors and employees.

Description
A day to day life of an Administrative Assistant includes maintaining our vendor ticket system, manage monthly invoices across multiple operations, ordering of supplies for regional manager, time keeping for a large operation and employee.
You will order supplies through approved vendors, handle requests for information and data, process charges to department cost centers and provide weekly project reports to Operations Director.
While you will provide general clerical duties, we all need to understand the jobs of those you support and correctly follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
The Administrative Assistant always lives up to company standards for speed, quality, consistency and training with a focus on high level of customer service.

Education and ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred
We look for those with two to four years administrative experience, but you can just arrive with your service attitude.
You will spend time sitting, standing and walking throughout our onsite operations.

You can understand janitorial directions and help others to do the same.
Position is in-person with some flexibility for remote work.
Travel for this position is possible, though not required.
