Copywriter Needed for LinkedIn Optimization

Job description
We're , an AI SaaS startup powering B2B lead gen on LinkedIn. Our AI generates solid post drafts for SaaS founders/sales leaders at employee companies.We need an expert copywriter to review, optimize, and rewrite 20-25 posts per week—punching up hooks, storytelling, CTAs, and algorithm fit for maximum impressions, comments, DMs, and meetings.
Your Role (Hourly, 10-15 hours/week):
- Review AI-generated drafts words each).
Optimize for LinkedIn 2026 algorithm:
stronger hooks, value stacks, social proof, lead-funneling CTAs.
- Deliver 1-2 polished variations per post + brief notes on key changes.
- Weekly 30-min performance audit: Top fixes for the batch + quick strategy tips (e.g., A/B ideas).
Ideal Candidate:
- 90%+ Job Success Score, 50+ completed Upwork jobs, Top Rated or Expert-Vetted preferred.
- Portfolio with LinkedIn-specific examples showing results (e.g., 10k+ impressions, 100+ comments, leads generated—include screenshots or case studies).
- Proven B2B/SaaS experience; familiarity with tools like Taplio, Shield Analytics, or similar.
- Native-level English with a concise, high-conversion tone (think Alex Hormozi for B2B).
Budget & Terms:
Hourly rate:
$30-50/hr (please propose your rate in your application).
Estimated: 10-15 tracked hours/week via Upwork Time Tracker ($300-750/week).
Paid Trial:
First milestone of 4 hours ($ to optimize 10 sample posts—we'll provide AI drafts upfront.
Ongoing:
Weekly milestones + potential retainer discount after trial.
Payouts:
Weekly via Upwork.
