    Title: AV Project Engineer

    Location: Park Ave, New York, NY– 5x a week on-site for the 1st month, after 1st month hybrid (2x a week on-site)

    Duration: 1 year contract + extensions/perm possible

    Must-haves:

    • At least 4 years' experience in the Video Engineering space for an enterprise company
    • Prior technical experience focused on AV Engineering (Cisco Collaboration endpoints, large venue display technology, video walls, etc.)
    • Experience leading a system implementation (conference room/operating room audio/video routing design)
    • Proven ability to work cross functionally throughout an organization to provide solutions
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively

    Plusses:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

    Day-to-Day

    Insight Global Health is looking for an AV Project Analyst for one of our largest clients in New York. As an AV Project Analyst, this individual will serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and expertise in AV engineering and video collaboration space solutions across multiple teams. This includes collaborating with diverse teams to plan, execute, and assess project milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. He/She will conduct in-depth analysis through phone calls or meetings to facilitating the overall project requirements. All projects will be supporting the AV space and video collaboration. They'll also work closely with architects and construction design teams to establish scope, budgets, and most effective timeline. This individual will provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycles, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal solution implementation.

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Compensation: $52hr to $67hr
