    Job Opportunity: Experienced Paralegal with Heavy Litigation Experience

    Position: Paralegal

    Experience: Minimum 3 years

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation case management, including drafting legal documents from scratch.
    • Work collaboratively with multiple attorneys, managing calendars, and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
    • Heavy experience with Adobe, Excel, and Word (Firm Styles experience preferred).
    • Time entry, billing assistance, and expense tracking.
    • Create and maintain organized case files and trial binders.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong emphasis on drafting legal documents.
    • Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, and Word (Firm Styles experience preferred).
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple attorneys simultaneously.
