    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate proper welding knowledge in MIG and power tools usage.
    • Work safely, with quality focus and urgency to meet production priorities.
    • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and carry out assigned workload as directed by shift leaders.

    The ideal candidate will make decisions, understand quality issues, pay attention to details for correct assembly, monitor equipment operation for optimal temperature conditions, perform minor repairs/adjustments on mig welders, maintain weld quality standards and proper documentation of scrap and rework products. They must follow standard operating procedures at each workstation, change tips/wire spools/clean nozzles efficiently for robots.
