- Conducts selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining of employees, including communicating job expectations.
- Protects patients and staff by developing and training to infection-control policies and protocols, as well as other patient or staff safety topics.
- Completes patient care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff; following up on work results.
- Conducts nursing skills and competency assessments by observing patients interactions and/or auditing patient and department records. Serves as a mentor to the nursing team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- At least 3 years of nursing experience
- Current/valid Washington State RN license
- Valid Washington State driver's license with proof of automobile insurance

Description
PurposeNeighborcare Health is seeking anurse (RN) supervisor to oversee and manage front line nurses in our Housing & Street Outreach (HSO) programincluding providing leadership, training, and coaching. Supervisors ensure the quality of care to patients by working with nurses to implement and maintain evidence-based standard operating procedures, develop and implement protocols to reduce infection prevention and other patient safety topics, practice at the top of their licensure, as well as adhere to all relevant state and federal regulations.The nurse supervisor is a dynamic rolebased at our Pike Place Market HSO Office andincludes at last one shift each week providing direct patient care.

Compensation
The wage range for this position is minimum 85,633.60 up to $119,995.20 maximum.
Compensation will be determined based on years of relevant experience.
