    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide essential basic care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
    • Offer emotional, social, and supportive care to residents

    Requirements

    • Active New York State CNA Certification
    • Physical abilities to perform job duties
    • High level of patience, empathy, and compassion
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time
    • Resume
    • MMR & Varicella titers
    • PPD or proof of chest X-ray if positive
    • Personal reference letter
    • Professional reference letter
    • Original non-expired State Identification
    • Original proof of Work Authorization
