    JOB SUMMARY
    Troubleshoot issues, bugs and implement fixes for applications. Customization, configuration, and support of application capabilities to business needs. Assist the IT Support Team with ensuring reliable and proper operation of applications assigned.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in information technology and a minimum of two (2) years' responsible experience in hardware and software application support and network infrastructure support; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.

    Microsoft and project management certifications desired.

    The City participates in the South Dakota Retirement System. Employees receive a 6% match. Additionally, employees may choose to enroll in a Deferred Compensation Plan.
