    Circulating Nurse

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a skilled Circulating Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high-quality nursing care to ambulatory surgical patients, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
    • Circulate patients through various medical procedures, including Orthopedic, Spine, Pain Management, ENT, and Podiatry cases.
    • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, such as Arthroscopy devices and microscopes, while identifying and troubleshooting issues with surgical instrumentation.
    • Maintain effective communication with physicians and specialists to ensure seamless patient care.
    • Educate patients on post-operative expectations and recovery processes, promoting optimal outcomes.
    • Perform preoperative and postoperative calls to monitor patient progress and address any concerns.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, adhering to established protocols and regulations.
    • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, fostering a positive and compassionate environment.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in Operating Room nursing or related medical fields.
    • Familiarity with medical software and equipment, ensuring seamless integration into our healthcare systems.
    • Ability to build strong rapport with patients, understanding their unique needs and concerns.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, enabling effective decision-making in high-pressure situations.
    • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and circumstances.

    Estimated Salary:

    $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
