Maintenance Technician

Your new role as Maintenance Technician:

You will be responsible for ensuring equipment, facilities, and plants are being maintained properly so operators can produce products on time, and staff can come into a facility that is safe and properly maintained by communicating with Operators, Leads, Supervisors, Area Managers, and all staff.

A day in the life:

Perform maintenance and repairs as needed on an expanding list of Equipment and Facilities
Ensure all work performed meets required codes and complies with plant policies and procedures
Recognize and correct potential equipment failure and unsafe conditions
Communication with Supervisor, Area Manager, and Plant Manager
Assist in training on equipment as needed
Create efficiencies by streamlining production lines
Save costs with a "do it ourselves concept"

What you need to succeed:

High School Diploma and related field or equivalent years of job experience.
Minimum 5 years experience as a Maintenance Tech in a Manufacturing environment
Available to work overtime when needed and be on call after hours
Ability to manage multiple tight timelines concurrently
