    Primary Care Practice actively interviewing Physicians who are passionate about providing quality Whole Person Care for the financially disadvantaged

    Innovative Practice Model:

    • Revolutionizing healthcare for Medicaid patients
    • Integrated approach to Whole Person Care
    • Enhanced Primary Care Center offers comprehensive services onsite, including:
      • Radiology, Cardiology, Lab, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, and more
    • Dedicated to Improving the SDOH outcomes for its members

    Position Highlights:

    • Average 10-14 patients per day
    • 30, 45, 60 minute appointments
    • No weekends and very minimal call

    Compensation :

    • Lucrative Base salary
    • Comprehensive Benefits, include, but not limited to:
      • 4 weeks PTO
      • CME allowance
      • Additional company holidays
      • 401k with match
      • Signing Bonus
