- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Pursuing further education in construction is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of construction experience in at least one trade discipline (excavation, pipe, concrete, or paving). Supervisory experience in construction is preferred.
- Lead and oversee paving and milling operations to maintain quality standards.
