    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee our facility's maintenance operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead maintenance supervisors, leads, and technicians
    • Develop and implement a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule
    • Monitor and improve maintenance processes

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage maintenance schedules and resources
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
    • Develop and maintain documentation for maintenance procedures
    • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve maintenance-related issues

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, production operations management, or equivalent related experience
    • Extensive plant level experience with proven 3-5 years in OSB manufacturing or other heavy manufacturing
    • 1-3 years of managerial experience as supervisor or higher - Wood industry preferred
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    What You Will Need:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, production operations management, or equivalent related experience
    • Extensive plant level experience with proven 3-5 years in OSB manufacturing or other heavy manufacturing
    • 1-3 years of managerial experience as supervisor or higher - Wood industry preferred
    • Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
    • Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain
    • Proactive, enthusiastic, demonstrate effective leadership skills
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong teams
    • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
