We have hundreds of customers and our product is used to send over 10 million marketing campaigns per month.     About The Role

    is seeking a results-driven and experienced SDR to join our sales team and help lead the scaling of our new product for Salesforce users. As an SDR, you will work with a team of AEs and Channel Partners. Your focus will be on expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth across all of Latin America. To be considered for this role, you must be fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. English is a plus.

    What You'll Do

    • Prospecting ICP Leads:Conduct in-depth research to identify Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) leads. Utilize various tools, including LinkedIn, CRM, and industry databases, to gather relevant info. Employ strategic outreach methods to initiate contact and generate interest.
    • Scheduling Qualified Demos:Engage with prospects through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile. Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to schedule and coordinate personalized product demonstrations.
    • Building Outreach Campaigns and Strategies:Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to raise awareness and generate interest in our WhatsApp API platform. Create compelling and tailored messaging for different customer segments. Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies for optimal results.
    • Participating in, and Leading, Sales Training:Actively participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Share insights, best practices, and success stories with the sales team. Lead training sessions for new team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

    • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in sales communication tools.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
