    Business Development/Hunter Sales - Medium and High Voltage

    Our client is in expansion mode. They are a North American company growing medium and high voltage services and product organization.

    They are seeking a true hunter who enjoys chasing new business.

    This role will join a team of successful sales professionals. You will work as part of a team while also having autonomy.

    What you'll do:
    Hunt, sell and bring on new clients in the medium and high voltage services and equipment to large industrial and commercial clients

    Sets own schedule and meetings with potential clients

    Easily and knowledgeably speaks about medium and large voltage products and services (switch gears, utilities, uninterrupted power supply systems, large panels and transformers etc)

    Build strong and long-lasting client relationships


    What you'll bring:
    A minimum of 4 years of business development in the electrical high voltage and medium voltage sectors (transformers and large transformers)

    Experience selling large scale electrical equipment, commissioning and maintenance

    Knowledge and experience of selling to industrial projects and commercial sectors (hospitals, municipalities, utlity, power, water works, mining and power distribution etc)

    A hunter mentality, you will be given some producing accounts, but the focus will be on new business acquisition

    Excellent communication and sales persona

    Good computer usage skills including CRM

    Post-secondary education in electrical or similar, electrician, engineer etc.
