Job Summary
The County seeks a Dietitian to provide medical nutrition assessment education care planning for high-risk women infants children conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments develop individualized care plans communicate with WIC participants document all services schedule appropriate follow-up appointments review assess process WIC Medical Documents communicate with health care providers coordinate care clarify information.Qualifications
- Equivalent to bachelor's degree.
- One (1) to four (4) years of experience demonstrating ability to perform duties of position.
- Certified as Registered Dietitian Nutritionist by Commission for Dietetic Registration.
