Full time:
Three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends
Work Schedule and Hours: 12-hour Day shift (7a-7p) available. Shift Differentials up to 14 per hour
$7,000 Sign-On Bonus For FT Days

Day in the life of a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN):As an RN at TrustPoint, your day-to-day will consist of: interacting with patients and their families, treatment planning, completing shift reports, rounding/monitoring in the milieu, medication administration, checking in with BHAs, following up on incidents, completing nursing assessments and ensuring regulatory compliance, etc.
Population:
Physical Rehab Unit - Inpatient
Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by Tennessee or be eligible to practice nursing in accordance with state requirements
One year of nursing experience; previous psychiatric, mental, behavioral, or substance abuse nursing experience a plus
CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
