- Assist Product and Sales Teams with accurate security documentation to satisfy customer and/or regulatory requirements proactively and on-demand.
- Review existing product deployment's support structure for vulnerabilities and recommend opportunities for improvement
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and coordinate the release of product vulnerability related documentation and other customer facing content.
- Own the development of cybersecurity documentation to align with customer and regulatory expectations, such as security bulletins, vulnerability disclosures, and security reports.
- Coordinate with product management teams to streamline the sales activities by providing product focused security implementation.
- 1-3 years of experience within IT Compliance or a related field
- Ability to write and edit professional documentation about the security components of our products.
- Good interpersonal skills leading to positive relationships and collaborative problem-solving.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent project and document management skills.
