    Optomi, in partnership with a leading provider in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Cybersecurity Customer Support Engineer to join the team This individual will partner with our product management teams to ensure the long-term security of our product line. In this role, you will improve established processes and a wide network of team members to be the central point of contact for customer engagement concerning the security of our products.

    What you will do:

    • Assist Product and Sales Teams with accurate security documentation to satisfy customer and/or regulatory requirements proactively and on-demand.
    • Review existing product deployment's support structure for vulnerabilities and recommend opportunities for improvement
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and coordinate the release of product vulnerability related documentation and other customer facing content.
    • Own the development of cybersecurity documentation to align with customer and regulatory expectations, such as security bulletins, vulnerability disclosures, and security reports.
    • Coordinate with product management teams to streamline the sales activities by providing product focused security implementation.

    Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of experience within IT Compliance or a related field
    • Ability to write and edit professional documentation about the security components of our products.
    • Good interpersonal skills leading to positive relationships and collaborative problem-solving.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Excellent project and document management skills.
