Award-winning Clyde's Restaurant Group is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team at The Hamilton! As a key member of our culinary team you will be responsible for directing kitchen staff in food handling practices and preparing delicious meals for our guests!

Responsibilities

Direct kitchen staff (Line Cooks, Prep Cooks & Dishwashers) in food handling practices
Inventory prepared foods and determines portion sizes and cooking 'specs'
Delegate food preparation assignments to kitchen team
