We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and driving team performance. Duties

Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management
Oversee inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs
Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and reporting
Conduct staff training sessions on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures to enhance team performance
Handle cash management duties including cash handling, reconciliation, and deposit preparation
Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards across all kitchen and dining areas
Lead shift management by coordinating staff schedules, assigning tasks, and maintaining smooth workflow during busy hours
Support hiring processes through interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members
Implement food production standards to maintain consistency in quality and presentation
Foster a welcoming environment for guests by delivering outstanding customer service and resolving any issues promptly

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices
Expertise with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and inventory tracking
Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or food service settings
Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize food & labor expenses effectively
Skilled in staff training & development to build motivated, knowledgeable teams
Deep understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health regulations
Experience with catering, banquet services or hotel food operations is a plus
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences
Strong organizational abilities for shift management, inventory control, and operational planning
