    **Required Work Hours are:**

    **Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm**

    **occasional Saturday - 8:00 am - 12:00 pm**

    **Skill Level:**

    Maintain the overall quality and performance standards set forth by GSM Services and its leadership team to provide Comfort & Peace of Mind to our customers and co-workers

    Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls

    Make outbound follow up calls for service and sales as needed

    Schedule appointments for service and sales

    Take and relay phone messages

    Provide information to customers

    Greet guest entering the organization

    Direct customers and co-workers to correct destination

    Deal with queries from our customers and co-workers

    Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization

    Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness

    Provide general administrative and clerical support

    Prepare correspondence and documents

    Receive and sort mail and deliveries

    Make 3 month happy calls

    Make Residential Service confirmation calls

    Confirm appointments for all divisions as needed

    Perform other duties as assigned

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external teams and customers

    Good computer skills, knowledge of common office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

    Demonstrated ability to multi-task in an intense, dynamic environment

    Good interpersonal skills

    Possess the ability to reach and write English to a High School Level
