    Description
    :

    Serve as a leader for the Universal Banking team. Ensure excellent customer experience through onboarding, ongoing service, referrals. Responsible for business development and existing client growth goals. Model courteous, efficient, helpful, and accurate behaviors for the team, as well as cultivate key internal networks with essential business partners. Act as a resource for the team in identifying and resolving customer service issues, especially as the primary contact for complex problems and customer service needs.

    Requirements:

    ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

    1. Oversee and participate to accurately assist customers with all financial service transactions, which includes teller transactions, new account transactions (both consumer and business), as well as consumer lending opportunities.
    2. Act as a resource for identifying and resolving more complex customer service issues.
    3. Cross-sell all InBank's products and services, most importantly consumer and commercial deposit account relationships, consumer lending relationships, and treasury management opportunities.
    4. Work with the Treasury Management team to onboard clients, assist with implementation, and build strong customer relationships.
    5. Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations.
    6. Help meet/exceed sales and referral goals for branch targets.
    7. Ensure compliance with security and audit procedures.
    8. Maintain current knowledge and follow all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.

    10. Other duties as assigned

    JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Identify the minimum education, experience required to perform the job.)

    Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree Preferred

    Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in retail banking or financial services sales

    Supervisory Experience: N/A

    Licenses/Accreditations: N/A

    Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferable

    Other Requirements: Strong knowledge of branch operations, teller functions, banking regulations, and compliance. Demonstrate superior customer service skills and excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and priorities. Ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork. Ability to effectively discern information and formulate appropriate action. Ability to think critically and provide appropriate solutions. Detail-oriented; decision-making capabilities. Must be able to use fingers, hands, and wrists for repetitive tasks such as typing, using a mouse, handling paper, currency or coin, and operating a telephone. Must be able to open vault doors or lift/transfer items typical in an office environment.

    Preferred Skills/Experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy; professional and courteous communication skills. Ability to cross-sell and/or refer bank products based on customers' needs. Strong oral, written customer service skills.

    SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Customer Service: Strong emphasis on excellent customer service skills; ability to work effectively with both internal and external contacts. Maintains confidentiality in handling customer and bank information.

    Financial: Familiarity with financial terms and practices; mathematical calculations.
