    An Experienced Insurance Defense Attorney Opportunity Awaits

    We are seeking talented insurance defense attorneys with 2-5+ years of experience to join a dynamic legal team serving clients across the San Francisco Bay Area.

    This role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring the ability to attend court appearances in the Bay Area as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including medical malpractice and slip and fall claims.
    • Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions.
    • Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
    • Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations.
    • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
    • Active membership in the California State Bar.
    • 2-5 years of experience in insurance defense, preferably in medical malpractice or slip and fall cases.
    • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines.
    • Willingness to appear in court as needed in the SF Bay Area.
