    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Research Assistant. The Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting research and data analysis for clinical informatics and public health informatics. They will assist in the design and evaluation of clinical information systems, translational research platforms, patient portals, and other projects. The role is primarily located in Boston, MA, with flexibility for virtual remote work. Assists in the application of new IRB protocols and participates in recruitment for research studies.

    Qualifications

    • Analytical Skills, Research, and Data Analysis
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Medical Informatics, Pharmacy Informatics, or Clinical Informatics Skills
    • Experience in the healthcare field
    • Experience with patient engagement and quality improvement processes
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of electronic health records and medical terminology
