    Meet the team:


    As part of the Creative Services team, the Associate Account/Project Manager will be the primary point of contact with our strategic partners to collaborate, initiate and manage creative projects, tasks, and workflows, to ensure deliverables are executed on strategy, on budget, and on time.

    This will involve close partnership with the internal creatives, marketing operations, and marketing managers on key initiatives for the Product & Channel Marketing (PCM) Team as part of the Commercial Organization.

    They bring success to the team through effective relationship management, and value creation by leveraging the full capability of the Creative Services team overall.

    They work closely with the other product marketing teams (Consumer, Healthcare Provider, Channel, Partners) in delivering and exceeding expectations for creative execution performed by the in-house creative team.


    Where you come in:

    • You will be responsible for creative timelines and tasks within the project management platform to assign work to the Dexcom creative team for a variety of campaigns and launch deliverables.
    • You will manage expectations, objectives, timelines and negotiate dates and scopes of work as needed with internal product and channel marketing managers.
    • You will successfully collaborate with various team members across Dexcom Global Marketing teams, external agencies, and third-party vendors to formulate strategic creative roadmaps that address project needs.
    • You will assess and streamline creative project workflows, ensuring that each step of the process, from initiation to final execution, is efficient and effective. This involves optimizing internal resource allocation, reducing bottlenecks, and eliminating unnecessary steps to expedite delivery.
    • You will participate in the design phases including creative brief development and kick-off, creative concepting and reviews, feedback and revisions, pre-production, reporting, and debriefs.
    • You will help to lead projects and teams, gaining and sustaining trust by delivering timely, quality results and making strategic recommendations along the project lifecycle.
    • You will maintain deep knowledge of our internal partners, products, and the industry, including trends, market research, and issues that may impact strategy, competitive landscape, and stakeholders.
    • You will partner with the Creative Services leadership team to plan and forecast budgetary requirements to optimize resource allocation for creative projects.

    What makes you successful:

    • You have years of experience within an advertising agency or in-house creative team in an account management, strategy, or client-facing role.
    • You have experience working with project management systems (Asana, a plus), working as a project manager and/or building workflows within project management systems.
    • You bring consumer and/or healthcare provider experience to the team.
    • You have demonstrated success with commercializing products, preferably in medical device or pharmaceuticals.
    • You have demonstrated success using current project and resource management tools (such as workflow software, resource planning, project dashboards, etc,).

    Experience and Education Requirements:

    • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of - 8 years of related experience.

    Flex Workplace:
    Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
