• The Associate Instructor will have the opportunity to teach motivated high school students in a rigorous college prep curriculum. Using our original curriculum, they play an integral part in supporting Scholars' journeys to a competitive college. They promote depth of understanding by serving as a coach and facilitator of learning.

• Collaborate with Instructors for classroom instruction, mini lessons organization, small group/one-on-one support.
No grading responsibilities are assigned. We provide relevant lesson plans to avoid repetitive tasks from re-doing already planned content inside class environment.
