We are in search of a knowledgeable, great communicator and compassionate people to work as a leader in a cohesive team to provide supports to adults with mental health disorders. The Program Manager - Intake supports those in our care to reach their highest potential by providing them with assistance to achieve their goals and their daily activities.

About us: Step by Step, Inc is a non-profit organization that provides supports to over 2000 individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental illness, and substance abuse. Our community-based programs provide a setting where individuals we serve can be independent.

Available shifts: Primarily Monday - Friday normal business hours however there may be times when hours may need to vary to meet the needs of the program. There is an On-call component as well.

All Team Members must:

· be 18 years of age or older

· have a current driver's license with no suspensions or points within the past three years

·Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or related field and 2 years supervisory or direct care experience in Mental Health, or High School Diploma/GED and 12 college credits in Social Services or related field and 4 years supervisory or direct care experience in Mental Health, or High School Diploma/GED and 6 years supervisory or direct care experience in Mental Health.

· have no prohibitive criminal offenses

· be available to work on weekends and holidays
