    Overview:

    Executes market strategy by prospecting, developing, negotiating, and closing new Strategic Account relationships. Aims to meet or exceed sales/revenue objectives through either new client acquisition or increased revenue from existing clients within newly established partners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develops and executes a structured prospecting plan to target partnerships in the U.S. Market.
    • Collaborates with business partners to implement a strategic penetration strategy effectively.
    • Manages complex contract negotiations and collaborates with legal counsel, if needed, to expedite the contract phase for faster onboarding of new partners.
    • Ensures a professional and thorough transition of partner relationships, business strategies, and opportunities to the ongoing account manager to drive sales growth.
    • Gains a solid understanding of the Company's market (product, service, competitors, marketplace, trends) to offer consistent insights on the channel and partnerships.
    • Provides timely and accurate reporting of partner sales statistics, growth, ancillary product opportunities, and service-related issues to Field Sales and Business Development Management for necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
    • Engages in partner business reviews and addresses partner inquiries in coordination with the ongoing account management team during the commissionable period to foster sales growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
    • 3 years of relevant experience in sales strategy, business growth, strategic business partnership development, and sales analytics
    • Sales leadership experience is a valuable asset
    • Valid Driver's License Required
