Responsibilities
+- You will prioritize nursing care for assigned critically ill patients based on assessment data and identifies needs for intervention. +
- You will demonstrate appropriate decision making critical thinking and clinical judgment to make nursing decision and identify health care needs. +
- You will evaluate document each patient s response to medications interventions procedures monitor basic EKG recognize rhythms intervene if needed assist physician procedures intubation line placement chest tubes ensure ventilator monitors equipment functioning properly troubleshoot alarms collaborate fellow members critical care team.
