    Description

    The Position: We're looking for a Real Estate Executive Assistant. We are essentially looking for someone to help in the following areas:

    • The administrative work of the real estate process – contracts, paperwork, scheduling
    • Managing our Team Lead(s) emails and texts
    • Serving as the Listing Coordinator
    • Manage and reply to emails in Team Leads inboxes
    • Assist with any personal tasks that the Team Leads may need help with
    • Setting up/taking down listing materials (combo boxes, Sentrilocks, marketing materials, signage)
    • Communicates with all parties of the transaction by email, text and phone
    • Create Raving Fans of all parties who come into contact with the team (Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, Escrow, Closing Attorneys and other Agents)
    • Managing Incoming and Outgoing Referrals
    • Follow up with referring agent
    • Follow up with client being referred
    • Take meeting notes for every team meeting and brainstorming /training session
    • Support operations team at all client events
    • Scheduling showings for buyers
    • Pulling comps on properties
    • Preparing buying & selling folders
    • Preparing offer paperwork

    Qualifications

    • Extremely Detail Oriented
    • Go-Getter with a lot of Initiative
    • Outgoing Personality
    • Very Organized
    • Ability to follow directions and create systems
    • Interest in real estate with the potential to get Real Estate license
    • Flexibility is important, as interruptions will be constant
    • Handling difficult situations in a tactful manner
    • Consistently showing the ability to recognize and deal with priorities
    • Experience with social media (Instagram, Facebook, Instagram Stories)
    • Computer savvy
    • Quick learner (very important)
    • Responsive
    • Lives in the DC Metro area
    • Flexibility/openness to occasionally work nights and weekends

    Ideal Skills and Experience

    • Executive or administrative work experience
    • Customer service experience
    • Administrative/paperwork/contract
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong organizational abilities
    • Familiarity with Bright MLS, Follow Up Boss, and Sisu is a plus
