    Job Description:
    Monitor all essential systems and applications consistently. Basic understanding of modern operating systems, networking, and MS software. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) to clearly and concisely express issues and concerns. Monitor Backups (Rerun, reschedule, and restore as requested). Strong attention to detail is required to ensure all aspects of the operation are maintained. Monitor computer and network infrastructure, data center environment and physical systems. Hardware installation (Servers, racking, UPS, etc...). Interact with all levels of management and support staff. Perform preventative maintenance and break fix on all IT equipment. Knowledge of WMS.
