- Work closely with a student on a 1:1 basis, implementing behavioral interventions.
- Conduct behavioral analysis to identify triggers and develop effective strategies.
- Collaborate with the student's educational team, parents, and other support services.
- Implement positive behavioral supports to enhance the student's social and academic success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of behavioral observations and interventions.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Previous experience working with students in a school or clinical setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of behavioral analysis and evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to the unique needs of the student.
