    Description
    Primary Responsibilities;
    • Primarily performs various projects, special assignments and report generation as requested by UH Strategic Planning management.
    • Supports Directors in planning-related tasks/assessments and project management.
    Qualifications:
    Education:

    • High School diploma or equivalent required.

    • Currently working towards a college degree in Business, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences or Engineering.

    Experience & Knowledge:

    • Related Intern or work experience preferred.

    • Detail oriented and organized, with good analytical and problem-solving ability.

    • Client service and communication skills required.

    • Ability to make sound decisions, function independently and as a team player required.

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills required.

    • Ability to meet department deadlines on assignments and special projects required.

    • Ability to schedule, coordinate and complete multiple assignments required.

    Special Skills & Equipment Knowledge:

    • Demonstrated ability to use PCs, Microsoft Office suite, and general office equipment (i.e., printers, copy machine, FAX machine, etc.) required. Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, and Outlook experience preferred.
