    Overview:

    The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our digital products, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centric design, a deep understanding of digital trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and communicate a clear digital product strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
    • Create and maintain a product roadmap, outlining key features and enhancements over time.
    • Advocate for a user-centric approach in product development, ensuring that digital products meet the needs and expectations of our target audience.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to gather insights and feedback for product improvement.
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product features.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
    • Define and prioritize product features based on business priorities and customer needs.
    • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch analysis and optimization.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of digital products.
    • Monitor and analyze user engagement, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
    • Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and strategies to internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for digital products.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Strong understanding of digital product development methodologies.

    • Familiarity with the Temporary Site Services industry
    • Experience with Agile or other product development frameworks.
    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
