    Home Health RN Needed in Fort Worth, TX.

    This position is with a progressive, financially stable Home Healthcare company.

    Salary and Benefits

    • Salary - $72,000-$82,000
    • Health Insurance (employer pays 75%; 4 plans to choose from)
    • Vision and Dental Insurance
    • Cell Phone Allowance - $35 Per Month
    • 7 Paid Holidays
    • 22 Days of Paid Time Off
    • Retirement Package – 401(k) Up to 5% Match
    • Mileage Reimbursement

    Responsibilities

    • Flexible Schedule
    • Assessments of Patients
    • Pain Management
    • Coordinate with Physician when needed
    • Anticipate changes and educate the patient, family, and caregivers on how to aid and manage symptoms safely
    • Rotating On Call Schedule
    • Coverage Area: Tarrant County

    Requirements

    • Clear and Active Texas Licensure
    • Medicare Home Health Experience
    • OASIS Experience
    • Reliable Transportation
    • High Ethical Standards
