We are looking for a dynamic individual to advocate for the rights of long-term care residents and ensure a high quality of care and life for those living in long-term care settings. In this role, you will champion residents, investigate complaints, conduct site visits, and collaborate with state and local partners. Leading a team of up to 25 trained volunteers, you will oversee their advocacy and investigatory functions. Additionally, you will provide confidential support to address concerns within long-term care services and identify trends for improvements. What We Are Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Five years of administrative research experience, including compiling and evaluating facts for management action or compliance with regulations. Specific experience in advocacy or serving older adults or people with disabilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration and two years of experience in advocacy or providing services for older adults or people with disabilities.
