- Journeyman Electrician
- Perform site visits to gather info for quoting installations on standby generators.
- Perform electrical work on residential and non-residential generators systems according to code.
- Installation of solar systems and battery storage systems.
- Assist in the completion of generator start-ups, ensure correct location, proper ventilation, and gas line sizing requirements. Meeting local codes and requirements.
- Perform generator and transfer switch swap outs and upgrades.
- Perform scheduled inspections on equipment, generators, transfer switches, switch gear, panel boards, etc., to prevent future failure and possible quoting for upgrades.
- Adhere to all safety requirements and regulations
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have Journeyman Electrical License
- 2+ years of experience in electrical work, repair, and installation.
- Installation and troubleshooting of generators; experience with Generac, Cummins, Onan, Kohler, and/or Cat preferred
