    Position Summary
  • Provides a high level of customer service to patients. Responsible for all non clinical aspects of patient care.

  • Reports to (position): Office/Practice Manager, Front Office Coordinator and/or Supervisor, Practice Director, Operations Manager

    • Qualifications
  • Minimum Education : Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: None
  • Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation) : Required: None Preferred: 1-3 years experience in a Medical Office
  • License, Registry or Certification : Required: None Preferred: None
  • Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities : Required: Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, multi-tasking skills, telephone etiquette Preferred: Knowledge of general office equipment
