Full TimeAbout the UnitThe ED Observation Unit is a 24-bed unit located down the hall from the main ED.

This unit will be managed by emergency services and is protocol driven. Patients must meet specific criteria to be placed in the ED Obs Unit.


Responsibilities:

The Clinical Nurse Manager will have responsibility for the overall operations of the nursing unit to include financial performance, service quality, clinical outcomes, quality improvement, employee satisfaction, and patient satisfaction.

The Clinical Manager of the Nursing Department will have direct reporting responsibility to a designated Nursing Director.
